MY Urban Impact is the civic imagination platform behind रेहनशील शहर, सफल शहर, a long-running campaign for liveable Indian cities. We publish writings, films, field notes and dispatches from neighbourhoods, and we convene the people thinking, walking and acting on the everyday texture of how cities are actually lived.

The refrain is simple, and it is the whole argument: liveable cities are successful cities.We carry it patiently, through walks, observations, essays and conversations, because the texture of everyday life is where a city's success is finally felt.

The campaign began in 2010 and has been quietly carried since. This site gathers the work in one place, open to fellow travellers writing on behavioural urbanism, neighbourhood life, and the quieter texture of Indian cities.
